Near SET N3 Allen & Ginter Arms of Nations 47 out of 50 cards (Blank Backs)
Missing 3 cards: Cimetar, Greek Sword, and Russian Strelitz Axe.
These are blank backed, probably cut from printer proof sheets? These appear to be from uncut sheets that were once lightly glued into an album, and later removed, and cut into individual cards. They are not "skinned" cards.
See pics for condition. A handful of them have damage like a missing corner, etc. (SEE PICS). Corners are sharp, I believe because they were cut from sheets more recently? They are thinner stock than the regular issue A&G printed back cards.
Likely lithographer's proof sheets of some kind. I think they were lightly mounted in albums, and someone carefully removed the sheets, and cut them into cards, which explains the glue residue on the backs.
